Rollback to float
Children as young as 6 months can grasp the essential ISR skill of rolling back to float. In our lessons, little swimmers will master the art of rolling back, locating their float position, resting, and breathing safely. Even those who are not yet walking will be able to learn how to sustain this vital position, ensuring they can remain safe and calm until help arrives.
Swim Float Swim
As toddlers and young children develop their physical skills on land, they also become ready to learn more advanced techniques in the water. Our Swim Float Swim sequence emphasizes a seamless pattern: a short swim, rolling back to float, and then turning over to continue swimming. This crucial sequence empowers children to confidently reach safety—whether it’s the steps, the side of the pool, or the shoreline—ensuring their safety and enjoyment in the water!
