I teach both ISR Self-Rescue® lessons and traditional swim lessons, and each child’s needs are unique.  If you’re unsure which lesson type is the best fit for your child, please reach out — I would be more than happy to talk through your goals and help you choose the best option.

Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) stands as the premier provider of survival swimming lessons globally, focused on teaching vital ISR Self-Rescue skills to children aged 6 months to 6 years. With half a century of expertise and the highest industry safety standards, ISR offers unparalleled survival swimming instruction today. This commitment has led to the successful delivery of over 8 million safe and effective lessons, equipping children with essential skills for safety and fostering a lifelong love for water activities.

Through our survival swim program, your child can develop crucial survival abilities while building a foundation for enjoying the water for years to come. Our lessons are conducted one-on-one, allowing us to tailor instruction to suit your child’s skills and comfort levels. We do not offer "group" lessons, as we believe in providing personalized attention to each child. This customized approach ensures the safest and most effective learning experience. We celebrate every achievement, no matter how small, using positive reinforcement to encourage progress. Each session lasts for 6 weeks, with students participating in 10-minute lessons scheduled Monday through Friday.

Traditional Lessons 3+

Our swim lessons are designed for children 3 years old and older, providing a crucial foundation for water safety. At a young age, children begin to develop the skills necessary to confidently navigate and enjoy the water while learning how to stay safe. Through structured lessons, they not only master essential swimming techniques but also develop problem-solving skills to handle potential water-related challenges. The focus on water safety ensures that children understand important precautions, such as how to float, kick, and get to safety if they fall into the water. Building these skills early not only promotes physical health but also fosters self-confidence and independence, giving children the tools to enjoy water activities safely throughout their lives.
